How it works - Sign up to be a Team Green Britain Bike Week event organiser via www.bikeweek.org.uk.
- You will receive promotional materials in the post. These can be distributed to your participants, informing them of the promotion (we suggest putting them in prominent places such as libraries, schools, doctor’s surgeries and leisure centres, but please make sure you ask the permission of the venue before you do so).
- Encourage as many of your participants to sign up to Team Green Britain through the ‘Get involved’ page on www.bikeweek.org.uk by June 4th. On this page the participant will need to select your event, as well as sign up to Team Green Britain via the opt in button on the participant registration page, in order to count towards your target.
- Team Green Britain sign ups will then be logged against your event. You can keep track of your sign ups by emailing hq@bikeweek.org.uk.
- Once you have as many Team Green Britain sign ups as you think you can get, you can claim a reward for your event. This can be done at any time before June 4th 2010.
- You can claim as many times as you want between May 21st and June 4th 2010 as long as each time it is with unique Team Green Britain sign ups.
- If the reward is a product, they will be sent to you for distribution at your event between 7th – 11th June.
- If the reward is an appearance we will be in touch with you after the 7th June to confirm details.
- Please note that the rewards do not have to go to the actual participant who registers, the rewards are to be distributed at the Event Organiser’s discretion.
